I did not think OmegaXL was doing anything. After taking it for a while I noticed a difference.

I had cramps in my legs and hands. I do not have as near the pain that I had before.

I am walking much better. My hands are not as swollen as they were and opening jars is much easier for me.

I have pain and what I found in taking OmegaXL my arms do not ache as much. As being a chef I had a lot of abuse in my elbows from lifting pots and pans and OmegaXL helps with my throbbing pain in my elbows and knees.

I have terrible pains in my back that has been reduced since taking OmegaXL. I could not do my dishes and hunch over to wash them.

I could not vacuum, sweep or do any type of arm motion. I am able to do these activities with less pain.

Usually I have to ride the electrical rider cart when grocery shopping and today I did not have to use the electrical cart. I was able to push a regular cart.
