I’ve been trying to call customer service for six months and I can’t get a hold of them and keep referring me elsewhere and then they asked me my problems resolved and I’ve never even talk to anyone i

They send me all the stuff and tell me its money will be refunded if its not OK Ive been trying for six or seven months to stop it. It wont stop.

It wont never let me talk to someone from consumer customer service and its a terrible terrible terrible do not order from them, I tried to use it forever I tried to do was said as impressed by the fact that that guy John was his name, John, who lost the little boy when he was younger was on there I tried again, but it just doesnt stuff doesnt work for me and they wont give me my money back and they wont even talk to me. Its terrible terrible terrible.

I was inquiring the year of two omegas and if they were under warranty.The rep ask me to
Email photos of my watches front/back and warranty cards which I did .
Two days or so later I received an email telling me this information was not available to the public .
I find that unacceptable that Omegs would not honor my request .I am the proud owner of 3 omega watch and are very happy with them .I own 1) 2004 Seamaster blue wave dial,1) Tokyo Olympic Speed Mastet Rising Sun 1) SeaMaster Cera/gold Rose Gold .
I also collect Rolex one of which I sent to Rolex for service and inquired about the age I knew it was totally out of warranty..The jeweler advised he was sure but he said cuts 1958-**** .When my watch was returned it was noted 1960 Rolex GMT Pepsi.
If Rolex could accommodate my request I find it hard to believe Omega can’t.
This will having no bearing on my future Omega purchases because I truly enjoy your product, but I am disappointed with the manner in which I was treated .
