Omega XL - Do not believe their customer service people promises.
After seeing the advertising promises on television, I decided to order the product. The order arrived as promised.
After a month of taking the product, I called them back to tell them that the product was not working and that I wanted to cancel my order. The customer service representative advised me to continue taking the product for another month because the product can take some time to start working. I was advised to call back before the end of the 60 day refund period ended, which I did. This time the customer service rep said to try it another month with a free bottle of the XL in addition lowering the price on my future orders.
I told the representative that this would put me past the 60 day refund policy. He told me that was ok and that they would still honor the refund policy for another month. I called today to totally cancel everything, and I was told that I exceeded the 60 day refund limit. All I was asking for was the refund and again I was offered a free bottle of the product and another reduction in the price for continued use.
I finally got everything canceled, but got no refund. I was acting in good faith that the representative was telling the truth about extending the refund policy. I was deceived and lied to regarding this matter. The product may work for you, but do not exceed the 60 day refund policy because no matter what you are told, you will not get a refund if you exceed the 60 days.
