No email response
I sent an email to OmegaXL suggesting they rethink their ad where John Walsh talks about "exercising my polo ponies". It sounds very elitist. Told them they should pull the ad.
Omega Xl - Customer Care Review
I am extremely disappointed with the customer care received. I decided to cancel omegaxl in October 2016.
As of today January 30, 2017. My account has yet to be closed because my debit account was charged and overdrawn. I spoke to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 reps with no resolve. I can't even get a written confirmation that my account has been closed.
I left a voicemail message for a supervisor....I have been forced to close my checking account to prevent further charges. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT INFO TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

Resolved: Omega XL - Can't get respoinse to phone calls or emails to cancel subscription
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After several emails, unanswered phone calls, complaints on this website and to the better business bureau, the company finally responded and cancelled the subscription my 92 year old mother never knew she agreed to.
While the issue was resolved (still waiting for confirmation of refund, however), I still don’t recommend dealing with this company. Their customer service is very poor and they only do the right thing after their reputation is threatened..
My 92 year old mother ordered on the phone. she had no idea this was a subscription.
she didn't like the product and wanted to cancel and get refunds. they charged a second time, but this time $30 more ($75!) for some strange reason. We need this subscription cancelled immediately and full refund for the two charges of about $45 and $75.
We have tried calling with hours of waiting and no answer and two emails with autoreplies but no real response. This is a terrible situation and probably illegal to keep charging on a card that is not authorized for you to use given we clearly asked for a cancellation via email.

Cancel order
I wish to cancel the order of OmegaXL 60 ct, which I didn't order. Also, cancel TumericXL, which I also didn't order. In fact, I want you to cancel all orders from Great Health Works.
I called your Customer Service and left a call back request but have not had a call after 2 hours.

Totally ignored
I requested that all shipments from Great Health be cancelled but I did not get a positive response. Instead today I received an email stating you were shipping Tumeric, one of the items I didn't want. Now I am truly pissed., Cancel everything.

Nothing really happened. I just feel that is not working for the amount of time that Ive been taking it so I dont want it anymore.
Misinformed
When I watched ur advertisement on TV for 20 times I was convinced that ur product was what I needed for my hip pains, back pains and shoulder pain. I only wanted 1 order because I wanted to see did Omega XL worked for me.
I paid for the order and the representative said my order went through. I ONLY MADE ONE ORDER!!!.. I was given a price of 39.95 plus shipping,which came to 40 something dollars. Then you alll sent me another order and charged me 81$ and something.
Now Ive received a third order, which I sent back. I DID NOT authorize the last 2 orders. Ive called my bank and they said that YOU ALL are responsible for returning my money or well have to go to small clay court.
NOTHING in that order said I would be responsible for any other orders except the one I made. I called to correct things after I received 2nd order, but yall sent more

For several months, I have been sending messages to Omega XL because on TV you advertise the cost for Omega XL as $39.95, but for months you have been automatically deducting $81.93 from my card. Please correct this as soon as possible and reimburse me for the overcharges.
